[USE CASE] One of the world’s largest global banks successfully hosts corporate access roadshow events in a secure virtual environment

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Our longest-standing client of over 23 years, one of the world’s largest global banks, was preparing for its annual Healthcare Conference for its management teams and investors. The three-day annual event, historically hosted at the company’s headquarters, would need to be hosted virtually given the impact of COVID-19 and the need to avoid in-person gatherings.

For the first time in the company’s history hosting one of its annual roadshows in a virtual environment, there were strict security standards for meeting attendance required:

  • It cannot allow non-clients access to a premium event
  • It cannot allow investors from different firms to attend the same session (the line of questions from an investor provides insight into their investment strategy, therefore, it should not be shared with a competing firm)

OUR APPROACH

Our team gladly accepted the challenge and successfully hosted over 40 management teams and investors – from around the world. No security breaches. No audio break-up. And no, video or bandwidth issues.

  • The event took place over a three-day period with several meetings hosted throughout each day
  • Each management team had its own dedicated room and lead operator with individual portals and channels for open communication – at all times
  • Investors from the host’s client base were able to schedule 30-45 minute meetings with the CEO, CFO and Directors from large healthcare organizations for a more private and personalized session

RESULTS

Not only was the client extremely pleased with our exceptional white-glove service and audio, video and bandwidth quality, but they are also now considering hosting the majority of their annual roadshows in a virtual environment. In addition, several of their other divisions are now taking advantage of the CIA Omnigage Concierge Virtual Corporate Access Roadshow services.

[USE CASE] CIA Omnigage Creates Virtual Multi-room Environment for Government Agency Board Meetings

[USE CASE] CIA Omnigage Creates Virtual Multi-room Environment for Government Agency Board Meetings

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

A government agency needed to continue hosting monthly board meetings to present reports from various stakeholders, conduct a public comments period, conduct a private executive session and review and vote on action items. Due to COVID-19, the agency contacted CIA Omnigage to design and host a virtual environment for these meetings.

OUR APPROACH

CIA Omnigage created a virtual multi-room environment that segregated the three participant types by role. The virtual roles were further controlled by a dedicated dial-in phone number and code for each attendee segment to ensure each participant received the appropriate level of access. The role assignments control whose line is open and when and also determines who is permitted to attend the Executive Session. An event manager is assigned to the virtual meeting and serves as a point of contact for the agency and assists with public session moderation, meeting alerts and meeting transitions. Last, the agency support team is provided access to the CIA Omnigage event portal where they can view real-time attendance data in each meeting segment.

RESULTS

The success of the CIA Omnigage virtual board meeting allowed for word-of-mouth adoption and by the end of 2020 three government agencies are using the service and CIA Omnigage has hosted 24 board meetings. The solution provided business continuity for each agency and ensured the board could continue to meet with each other and provide public access to their proceedings including public commentary.

[USE CASE] Major global trading firm leverages mass notification solution for business continuity

[USE CASE] Major global trading firm leverages mass notification solution for business continuity

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

A major global trading firm with offices across North America, Australia, Europe, and Asia must be prepared to communicate with employees during critical events. The firm must account for a total infrastructure outage and be able to alert employees at a moment’s notice securely.

OUR APPROACH

A delta of the regional and team data is synced throughout the day, providing redundancy if the firm’s data centers are unavailable, including CRMs. Regional leaders have access to the standalone solution with a personalized view of their team. Multiple alert channels, including voice and SMS, are available depending on the nature of the notice.

RESULTS

The client was pleased with the responsiveness during the integration. During the pandemic, the solution was leveraged to send multiple mass alerts.

Elections 2020: Instant Access to Voters

Elections 2020: Instant Access to Voters

The 2020 Election is a month away and it’s crucial that campaigners employ the right tools to keep the general public engaged. Nearly three quarters of Americans remain wary of social media platforms and large technology behemoths misusing their information, so it’s important that people have the peace of mind that technology is secure and non-obtrusive.

Multi-channel communications platforms make this possible by providing a simple and secure way to reach voters instantaneously with real-time notifications in a more secure, virtual environment. As Election Day quickly approaches, it’s not too late to deploy the necessary communication resources and connect with voters, regardless of location.

Real-time Information

During an election, communication strategies must be implemented with great efficiency in mind. With 2020 already being positioned as ‘the remote vote’ campaign, candidates that embrace multi-channel communication tools can more effectively keep their followers up-to-date on breaking news, key event dates and important voting information via voicemail, SMS and email. Informing and engaging voters right up until election day could make or break a voter’s final decision.

CIA Omnigage’s Omnialert powers remote, cloud-based connectivity and allows campaigners to initiate notifications to their entire campaign staff and the broader voting contingent from anywhere at any time. These messages can be scheduled, pre-recorded, and senders can view consolidated lists of responses and metrics after messages are sent.

Users can also customize workflows and set an alert for any undelivered SMS’ to make a follow-up phone call and resend messages to recipients who did not respond the first time around. Through innovative communication tools, campaigners can stay on top of their game and ensure voters are informed 24/7.

Smart, Integrated Solutions

In the age of sophisticated technology and ubiquitous data, voters obtain most of their information during the home stretch of election season and through online political polls. These polls gauge public opinion and seek valuable insights to voting patterns and predictions. However, gathering this critical data can be a laborious and time consuming task that often features a low response rate. Fortunately, multi-channel communication platforms enable polltakers to reach a great number of voters in a more straightforward and efficient manner.

With the Integrated CRM Dialer, a unique click-to-call feature allows pollsters to dial numbers and work through a lengthy contact list quickly. Built with efficiency in mind, the CRM Dialer can easily compile a contact list of polling volunteers for easy access to voters; the user simply clicks a name and the line automatically dials the voter’s number. These lists can also store thousands of contacts, allowing pollsters to reach a larger audience.

The Right Resources

During an election, communication strategies must be implemented with great efficiency in mind. Both Omnialert and CRM Dialer’s main features are designed with speed, accuracy and transparency to bolster businesses and political campaigns that are looking to make waves and build relationships.

Instant access to voters is especially important while much of the public remains under some sort of lockdown or quarantine during the pandemic. With the right resources, the general public can stay-up-to-date and informed on the most current election news until November 3rd – and beyond.
