Richard Lammè - CEO, Founder

Rich is co founder and Chief Executive Officer of CIA. He oversees the sales, marketing and financial aspects of the business. He is responsible for attaining some of the company's most prestigious clients. Prior to CIA, he was a senior director for a conference call provider and he was the sole proprietor in an employment recruiting firm.

Joseph Vaccarella - COO, Founder

Joe is co founder and Chief Operating Officer of CIA. He oversees the operations and IT aspects of CIA. Joe is responsible for building the conferencing and blast voice mail platform that Client Instant Access utilizes today. Prior to CIA he was a senior director for a conference call provider. Joe has an MBA in Portfolio and Investment Management from Pace University.

Chris Cialone – Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Chris joined CIA in 1999. He is responsible for all sales and customer service activities, with primary focus in overseeing CIA’s client base in the financial industry. Prior to CIA, Chris was associated with Richard Lamme’ and Joseph Vaccarella through the conference call industry. Chris attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey.

Richard Notarnicola - Vice President of Information Technology

Rich joined CIA in 2004. He is responsible for all IT development including product and billing systems. Rich has an extensive messaging background spanning more than 20 years. Prior to CIA, Rich held the position of VP of IT at another messaging firm. Rich has a BS degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Donna Gannon - Vice President of Operations

Donna joined CIA in 1998. She is responsible for overseeing all of the daily operations and company financials. Donna is working toward a BA degree in Computer Business Programming and is a graduate from the French Culinary Institute of New York City.
