Express Blast Voice Mail Service

CIA's Express Blast Voice Mail program allows you to scale down costs through the use of our less labor-intensive platform. The computer-generated reports give you visibility of knowing whether messages were received, along with general feedback as to the nature of non-deliverable messages. How it Works:

CIA provides you with an online interface:

  • Create your contact list online.
  • Record your message online.
  • Schedule your blast online for any specific date & time.

Blast Reports – Delivered via e-mail following the completion of your blast in MS Excel, allowing you the opportunity to clean up your list with non-working or erroneous phone numbers. We can also set up a batch upload process so you can populate the data into your existing management software.

Web-Based List Creation & Management – You may log onto our website, create lists, or access your existing lists and modify or delete your contacts. There is no limit to the number of lists you can create, or the number of contacts you can have on your list.

Archiving – Any recording that you create, may be downloaded from the CIA interface to your PC at no extra cost. In addition, CIA can create a monthly CD-ROM archive of all your recordings.

Delivery Options – Live, Answering Machine or both. CIA can deliver your messages multiple ways. You may choose to have us deliver your messages when we reach a voice mail, or a live person. You can also have us deliver the message to both scenarios during your blast. Our Dual Message delivery feature allows you to leave different messages based on how the message is answered.

"Hot Key" Transfer – Why hire call agents to dial out when your prospects or members will call you? Recipients of your live voice message can press a designated number on their telephone and be immediately connected with your live operator or forwarded to another message. Your leads are already "pre-qualified"! We can also offer the option of replaying your message to the recipient over and over again.

Dual Message Delivery – This feature allows you to deliver one message to live answers and another one to voicemails. This is also extremely useful when using our "Hot Key" Transfer feature.
